Still in Liguria region with its smell of the sea wind and basil flavour,
Liguria full of small towns, alleywauys, where nothing is taken for
granted.
Ameglia, a small medieval village located between Liguria and Tuscany,
in a strategic position, close to Versilia Viareggio and the art cities of
Pisa, Lucca and Florence, not far from the Gulf of Poets and the Cinque
Terre.
A place where the sea and the hills are so attached that the tourist is
surprised and naturally happy to be able to choose from all this beauty!
With its hamlets of Fiumaretta, Bocca di Magra and Montemarcello, it is
a place rich in history, breathtaking landscapes and beautiful beaches;
like that of Punta Corvo and Punta Bianca where relaxing and enjoying
nature is a privilege to be savored. Ameglia town is considered an
important center point for starting your travel visiting day in order to
reach the important several tourist surroundings such as the famous 5
Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Pisa and so on..

La Villetta - Two Apartments
Peacefull private villa with private garden with gazebo and free parking garage. Recently built, it has all the comforts.
The villa is located in the beautiful medieval town of Ameglia, between Liguria and Tuscany, equipped with services and green areas, a few km from the sea and the renowned tourist areas such as Cinque Terre, Lerici, San Terenzo, Tellaro, Fiascherino, Sarzana, Porto Venere, Versilia, 3 km from Bocca di Magra and Montemarcello.
Our house is located about 30 meters from a well-stocked grocery store, bread, focaccia, sweets, fruit and vegetables, meats and dairy products, the postal service is about 100 meters.
Well-stocked supermarket about 1 km away, as well as pharmacy, tobacconist / newsagent, pizzerias, hairdresser, hardware store, bank and various other services.
In the immediate vicinity there are, especially in the summer season, several bus lines for the areas of: Montemarcello (4km), Marinella and Fiumaretta (5km), Bocca di Magra (3km), Sarzana (8km), Lerici (12km), San Terenzo (13km), Tellaro (13km), La Spezia (17km).
In Sarzana there is a train station where you can take the train to visit the
Cinque Terre at about 35km away. The train trip to the Cinque Terre is about 30 minutes ride. There are numerous ferries departing from Bocca di Magra and leading to Portovenere, the island of Palmaria, Punta Corvo and Cinque Terre.

Located in the greenery, the Oleandri Holiday Apartment has a large garden with gazebo, outdoor barbeque and shower just a few minutes from the center of Ameglia, the beaches and all the useful connections to reach the points of tourist interest.
The house, renovated a few months ago, is furnished with taste and refinement equipped with all comforts.
Our house is located about 500 meters from a well-stocked "Carrefour" supermarket, as well as a pharmacy, tobacconist / newspaper shop, pizzerias, hairdresser, hardware store, bank and various other services.
In the immediate vicinity there are, especially in the summer season, several bus lines for the areas of: Montemarcello (5km), Marinella and Fiumaretta (5km), Bocca di Magra (2km), Sarzana (8km), Lerici (12km), San Terenzo (13km), Tellaro (13km), La Spezia (17km).

The "Le Tre Casette" are three mini apartments renovated and located in a century-old house in the historic center of the medieval village of Ameglia, which can only be explored on foot.
At 200 meters from the house there is a free car park. The Three Casette are located about 150 meters from the Locanda Ameglia Alta restaurant; and from a close by bar. At 200 meters from a well-stocked grocery store, bread, focaccia, sweets, fruit and vegetables,
meat and dairy products, the postal service is about 250 meters .
